to share over the warmer months with friends. Made from Merlot grapes grown on our estate north of Mudgee.

Sherbet & gauva with lemon blossom highlights. Light flavours of tropical fruits with a keylime pie finish. Refreshing, vibrant, moresish 100% barrel fermented in old French hogsheads, on lees for 7 months to build body.

The Roth family are credited with planting the first Chardonnay fruit in Mudgee in 1862. Paying homage to this, our classic Chardonnay has an intense expression of stone fruit. Soft palate of sweet brioche and citrus rind. Aged in French barrells, adding oak and spice to the buttery finish.

This white wine is full of playful zing. With a delicate, crisp nose it opens up to a light palate of stone fruit, apricot and nectarine sitting above a strong acid line.

This is not your grandmothers Shiraz. Rich purple hue. Loganberry, clove and cinnamon spice nose. With a light fruity refreshing through to grippy tannic finish. Carbonic maceration, whole bunch, natural yeast, aged in old French

barriques for eight months. Minimal sulphur added just prior to bottling.

A palate balanced with moreish tannin and light fruitiness, this is a wine that you will keep coming back to all year round.

This wine is a great example of a classic Mudgee Cabernet, a deep ruby red varietal with blackcurrant and toasted oak nose on top of a restrained palate of a balanced but restrained fruit, acid and tannin triad. Pair with hearty meals or savour carefully over time.

This is a powerful wine with dark red fruit, plums and light toasty oak. Approachable tannin with a generous restrained power.
